One Body Massage & Wellness Center, Ridgewood’s premiere alternative wellness center, was founded in 2000 with a singular vision: create an integrated wellness environment that offers clients a complete menu of convenient and affordable massage, nutritional counseling and other complementary wellness services.

In 2001, One Body initiated the process of identifying complementary alternative therapies and defining a process whereby these therapies could be joined under a single, alternative wellness umbrella.

In early fall 2003, the Company celebrated the grand opening of the new One Body Wellness Center – an integrated center that offers clients access to massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, personal training, physical therapy, hypnosis, psychotherapy, nutritional counseling, skin renewal and other complementary services under one roof.

Located at 400 Rt. 17 South, Ridgewood, the new One Body Wellness Center offers ground-level entry, modern state-of-the-art therapy facilities, handicapped access, ample onsite parking and seven-day scheduling.
